A copy of the approval form can be found at the bottom of this page.Īvailability for the recital hall, BMC 159, 160, and HFA 147 can be seen via the recital websites calendar page. Any changes to the date on that form due to space availability issues can be worked out afterwards. Turning in this form at the same time as the recital program defeats the purpose and can create potential scheduling conflicts for instructors and committee members looking to attend a student's recital. Signed scheduling and approval forms should be turned into the schedulers office as the first step of the student recital process. ![]()
